Who Are You Talking To At Scout Customer Experience?

At Scout, we are incredibly proud of our hardworking Customer Experience Team. They make it a priority to be there for our customers, answer questions about the product, and problem-solve to find a viable solution to any issue.
Since our Customer Experience Team is constantly in contact with Scout customers, we put together this post so you can put a face to the email and phone conversations you have been having with our team. Check ‘em out below!:
Sara, Head of Customer Experience
1. What were you up to before joining the Scout pack?
Before Scout, I was one of the first members of Airbnb’s Customer Experience Team. I dealt with escalated cases and conflict resolution between guests and hosts. I also co-organize yoga workshops and retreats in the Chicago area. It keeps me balanced!
2. What do you love most about working for Scout?
It’s all about the people. I love interacting with our customers and the Scout team here in the office. Our community is smart, articulate, and always wiling to provide feedback, which I love and appreciate. The team here at Scout is close. We work hard and support each other as co-workers, but we’re friends too.
3. Most memorable customer interaction?
A few of our customers have RFID implants. I’ll never forget watching a video of a customer arming his door panel with the wave of his hand!

1. What’s your favorite part about interacting with the Scout community?
I enjoy being able to help solve any customer pains and reinforce to customers that they made the right choice to go with Scout in the first place.

1. What do you love most about working for Scout?
My absolute favorite thing about working for Scout is that every day is completely different. I learn something new about the technology every single day and I appreciate a company that can help me learn and grow.
2. It’s 2pm, you’re in the office, and hunger strikes. What are you snacking on?
I’m snacking on all of the healthy options that Sara has ordered for us. Trail mix and Nature Valley granola bars are my top two!
3. What are you currently binge watching on Netflix?
I’m catching up on Daredevil! I’m surprised how much I’m enjoying it but, nothing could be worse than the Daredevil movie (except for Spider-Man 3).
