Bio: I was born and raised in the Northwest Suburbs of Chicago. From a young age I’ve been creative and always enjoyed sketching and painting. This lead me to a degree in Fine Art from Columbia College, but later I found an interest in technology and the way the world is changing on such a fast level. When I’m not at work or expressing myself through creative mediums, I like to watch Netflix with my cat CJ.
What’s your favorite part of being a member of the Scout team?
- I love learning about new technologies, especially when they interact with Scout!
Besides Scout, which IoT product can you not live without and why?
- My Kittyo, I love my cat and being able to check up on her and play with her every once in a while while I’m away makes me feel assured that she’s not too lonely.
What’s your favorite IFTTT recipe?
- The Weather Underground applet that emails me the weather forecast at 7:00am. You never know what the weather is going to be in Chicago but you can usually count on it being not good.
Is there a time a customer made an impact on you? What was it and how?
- Every customer makes an impact on me. I find that even though a lot of our customers call me trying to learn how their system works or how to fix an issue, I usually end up learning something from them as well.
