The Always On+ plan has all the features you need to ensure your home is protected 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. With this comprehensive plan, our professional agents do all the legwork, keeping watch on your home at all times. If an alarm goes off, Scout agents are always ready and available to handle the event. If necessary, our agents can dispatch the police or fire departments to ensure your home’s security.
When an unexpected actions occurs in your home, our professional agents immediately begin following your predetermined emergency plan.
Take matters into your own hands with the Always On self-monitoring plan. This plan does not include professional monitoring or police or fire dispatch, but it includes all other features of the Always On+ plan. If an alarm is triggered, you choose who should be contacted and how. You might pick:
When an unexpected action occurs in your home, Scout will automatically reach out to your pre-selected contacts via push notification, call, email, or text message (the contact method is up to you!). This is the last action Scout will take. After that, the situation is entirely in your hands.
Protecting a home without internet? Unreliable internet provider? Add our "Cellular Only" add-on to either your Always On or Always On+ plan. This add-on costs $15.00 a month, and allows your hub to remain connected to our servers solely via the 4G LTE cellular back-up.
