    When will I receive my order?

    Scout orders ship within 1-2 business days via UPS. Based on the shipping speed you selected during checkout, you can expect to receive your order 2-7 days after your order has shipped.

    Does Scout offer international shipping?

    Scout only ships to and supports systems within the United States. Follow us on Twitter and Facebook for updates on international shipping and support.

    Can I use my Scout outside the US?

    If you purchase Scout domestically and use it outside of the US, technical issues may occur. We can’t provide technical support if you experience connection or technical issues abroad. We also do not offer refunds or returns on orders shipped and/or used internationally.

    Do you offer expedited shipping options?

    Yes, expedited shipping options are provided during checkout. We currently ship via UPS Ground, 3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air, and Next Day Air. Shipping costs are calculated automatically, and added to your final charge.

    If you would like to have your order ship out as soon as possible, we recommend reaching out to orders@scoutalarm.com before 11:00AM CST.

    When will I receive my tracking number?

    You’ll receive your tracking number as soon as we ship your order (1-2 business days after you place the order).

    I haven’t received a tracking number. What should I do?

    If it has been over 3 business days since you placed your order, please check your spam folder. If the email is not in your ibox or spam folder, reach out to us at orders@scoutalarm.com and we’ll help you out.

    What payment methods do you accept?

    We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, JCB, Discover, and Diners Club. We also accept payments through Affirm.

    When will my payment method be charged?

    Payments are authorized immediately and processed approximately 12 hours after your order has been placed.

    Can I add or remove products from my order after it has been submitted?

    If you ordered your Scout system within the last 12 hours, please give us a call at 1-844-AT-SCOUT to make changes to your order. If your order already shipped, we may need to issue a return label for unwanted items. For additional items, you may need to place a second order.

    How can I cancel my order?

    If you’d like to cancel an order, please email orders@scoutalarm.com or call us at 1-822-AT-SCOUT. If possible, please contact us as soon as possible so that your payment will not be processed.

    How do I check the status of my order?

    All orders ship in 1-2 business days. Once your order has shipped, your tracking number will be emailed to you. To check on the status of your order, please email us at orders@scoutalarm.com.

    I need to change the shipping address for my order.

    No worries! Simply email orders@scoutalarm.com and include your order number, old address, and new address. You can also call us at 1-844-287-2688. We’ll be sure to ship your order to the correct address. Please notify us of any address changes as soon as possible to prevent shipping delays.
