Scout orders ship within 1-2 business days via UPS. Based on the shipping speed you selected during checkout, you can expect to receive your order 2-7 days after your order has shipped.

If you purchase Scout domestically and use it outside of the US, technical issues may occur. Unless your Scout kit was purchased when we supported international shipping in 2014, we can’t provide technical support if you experience connection or technical issues abroad. We also do not offer refunds or returns on orders shipped and/or used internationally.
Yes, you’re offered expedited shipping options during checkout. We currently ship via UPS Ground, 3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air, and Next Day Air. Shipping costs are calculated automatically, and added to your final charge.

You’ll receive your tracking number as soon as we ship your order (1-2 business days after you place the order).

Payments are authorized immediately and processed approximately 12 hours after your order has been placed.
If you ordered your Scout system within the last 12 hours, please give us a call at 1-844-AT-SCOUT to make changes to your order. If your order already shipped, we may need to issue a return label for unwanted items. For additional items, you may need to place a second order.
