Scout orders ship within 1-3 business days via UPS Ground. You can expect to receive your order 5-7 business days after your order has shipped.
If you purchase Scout domestically and use it outside of the US, technical issues may occur. Unless your Scout kit was purchased when we supported international shipping in 2014, we can’t provide technical support if you experience connection or technical issues abroad. We also do not offer refunds or returns on orders shipped and/or used internationally.
We don’t offer expedited shipping options on the checkout page. However, if you wish to expedite your order, we can offer faster shipping for an additional charge. Before placing your order, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org to inquire about expedited shipping. Any additional shipping costs will be charged to your payment method on file.
You’ll receive your tracking number as soon as we ship your order (1-3 business days after you place the order).

We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Discover, and Diners Club. We also accept payments through Affirm.
Payments are authorized immediately and processed approximately 24 hours after your order has been placed.
If you ordered your Scout system within the last 24 hours, please email firstname.lastname@example.org or give us a call at 1-844-AT-SCOUT to make changes to your order. If your order already shipped, we may need to issue a return label for unwanted items. For additional items, you may need to place a second order.
If you’d like to cancel an order, please email email@example.com. If possible, please contact us within 24 hours so that your payment will not be processed.
